Alicia D. Mack

I am the owner of The Mack Law Firm, LLC, a black-woman owned law firm founded in 2015. I focus my practice on workers' compensation cases and motor vehicle accident claims. From my office in Atlanta, Georgia, I provide compassionate legal representation to injured individuals throughout the state. I handle a wide range of cases, including wrongful death, premises liability, auto-pedestrian accidents, animal attacks, trucking accidents, workers' compensation, and motor vehicle collisions. Over the years, I have achieved meaningful results for my clients, whether through courtroom verdicts or by negotiating favorable settlement agreements with defendants and their insurance companies. In my workers' compensation practice, I assist individuals who have been injured on the job in securing the benefits they are entitled to under their employer's insurance coverage. My interest in this area of law is deeply personal—when I was growing up, my mother suffered a serious workplace injury while working in a factory, requiring multiple surgeries. I help clients prepare their claims, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that the claims are submitted on time. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis in 2008. Following that, I attended Georgia State University College of Law, where I received numerous honors for trial skills and academic excellence, and graduated in the top 10% of my law school class.
