Sarah M. Austin

I earned my B.A. from Rutgers University in 2014, where I majored in Political Science. During my time at Rutgers, I enjoyed playing intramural sports and was an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. After completing my undergraduate degree, I went on to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law, earning my Juris Doctor in 2017. While in law school, I was honored to be named to the Dean’s List and served on the Editorial Board for the ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal. I focused my studies on electronic discovery and cyber-security, and I had the privilege of serving as Editor-In-Chief of two ABA Award-Winning law blogs. I also had the unique opportunity to extern for The Hon. J. Michelle Childs at the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. I was born in Pennsylvania and raised in New Jersey and Colorado. However, after spending many years vacationing in Myrtle Beach, I decided to make Horry County my home. I’m proud to provide dedicated legal representation to the people of this community that I’ve grown to love.
