Mr. Vyas is the owner and principal attorney of The Law Offices of Suraj A. Vyas, LLC, a general law firm specializing in patent law with a focus on construction law and contract law serving clients in Maryland and Washington, D.C. He has represented numerous contractors, builders, engineers, architects, and multinational corporations. Shortly after earning his Juris Doctor degree and license to practice law in Maryland, Suraj began working as in-house counsel for Rising Sun Engineering & Consulting in addition to opening up The Law Offices of Suraj Vyas, LLC. Mr. Vyas now acts as general counsel for over a dozen companies including engineering firms, medical practices, property management companies, film companies, and more. Mr. Vyas' ability to draft, amend, and review contracts quickly and efficiently set him apart from other attorneys.
