Noel Christian Pace

As the Fractional General Counsel for select health and business entities, I assist organizations in navigating complex legal and compliance challenges. I draw on over eight years of experience as a tech-enabled healthcare IT, IP, AI, telehealth, digital health, cyber, privacy, business, environmental, and compliance attorney, licensed in Florida, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. Additionally, I bring more than 20 years of experience as a board-certified healthcare administrator and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. My work focuses on corporate and regulatory compliance, federal and state licensure matters, PE and VC funding, and the legal dimensions of the digital health and health information technology ecosystem. This includes areas such as cybersecurity and risk, blockchain technology, HIPAA, HITECH, data breach and EMR privacy issues, precision medicine, smart aging, telemedicine, telehealth, artificial intelligence (AI), intellectual property, ChatGPT, mHealth, big data, predictive analytics, healthcare informatics, IoT medical devices, and robotics. I also have experience with healthcare-related legal matters, including FDA regulations, Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), Stark Law, Medicare, AHCA, and patient safety compliance and litigation. My background includes addressing private insurance conditions of payment and supporting organizations in achieving Joint Commission and AAAHC accreditation. I hold a U.S. government top secret/SCI clearance and retired as a Colonel after more than 30 years of combined Army service. My military career includes serving as an AMEDD Special Operations Officer (ASI: S1) and successfully commanding a Combat Support Hospital and later a Medical Brigade during the COVID-19 pandemic.
