Nathaniel Lancashire Marston

Nathaniel Marston is a business and real estate litigator representing businesses, investors, and individual owners throughout California. A third-generation Angeleno, he grew up in North Hollywood, attended Harvard High (now Harvard-Westlake), earned his B.A. from Hamilton College, and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Mr. Marston’s business litigation practice includes breach of contract and commercial disputes, partnership, shareholder, and LLC member conflicts, fiduciary duty claims, business tort and unfair competition matters, and complex ownership and governance disputes. He is experienced in mediation and arbitration as well as trial and post-judgment enforcement. His real estate practice covers residential and commercial purchase and sale disputes, specific performance and rescission claims, title, easement, and boundary issues, quiet title and partition actions, co-ownership disputes, commercial lease and other real estate contract matters, and real estate financing and secured transaction conflicts. He also represents court-appointed receivers and partition referees in the administration, management, and disposition of real property, bringing practical, results-oriented judgment to each engagement.
