Michele Elizabeth Hales

Michele Elizabeth Hales has been assisting clients with Family Law matters since her admittance to the California Bar in 1992. In addition to a successful litigation practice, she also offers Alternative Dispute Resolution services, such as Mediation, Collaboration and Unbundled Family Law Assistance. She is dedicated to providing experienced, skilled and knowledgeable representation, and pursuing the best possible outcomes for your family law needs. Michele received her B.A. from the University of California Davis in 1989. She earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1992. Michele is a member of the State Bar of California, Santa Clara County Bar Association, and San Benito County Bar Association. Michele is a fierce fitness fanatic with a love for all things athletic. She has competed in running events, triathalons, fitness and powerlifting competitions. Additionally, Michele has played on adult soccer and basketball teams, and been a volunteer coach for youth baseball, soccer, and basketball programs. Michele is an Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified indoor cycling coach, and enjoys working as a Gold's Gym spin instructor in her spare time. Her past philanthropic activities include being on the Board of Directors for the nonprofits Emmaus House and the Baler Backers Athletic Organization. Michele extends her personal philosophies, which include her core beliefs, the “SCI” life values, -Strength, Compassion, and Integrity- to her professional family law practice.
