Joanna M. Perilli

Joanna M. Perilli, Esq., joined the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall in 2022, bringing more than 15 years of criminal law, DWI, municipal court and restraining order experience with her. Ms. Perilli is a compassionate attorney who understands that clients who come to our law firm are often facing the most difficult and trying times in their lives. Having a solid understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of criminal law and having the knowledge that it takes to effectively advocate for the defense and on behalf of her clients – no matter what the situation may be. She will take the time with every client, make sure they understand the legal process, and their options. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall, Ms. Perilli had a boutique law firm specializing in criminal law & DWI defense. She has also helped countless people rectify issues with their license routinely appearing before both the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, as well the Office of Administrative Law.
