Elizabeth L. Hurwitz

Elizabeth formed her own law practice in 2011 in order to provide quality, affordable legal services to the San Francisco Bay Area. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and received her law degree from the University of San Francisco, School of Law. While in law school, Elizabeth worked for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and clerked at several solo law practices, gaining experience in a wide array of civil law. Her overwhelmingly positive experiences with these solo practitioners led her to the decision to open her own firm. She has a strong belief that small firms and solo practices are able to offer more personal legal services to their clients, at a much lower cost than larger firms. Elizabeth is a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, serving in both the Navy and the California Army National Guard. She feels that her record of service to her country exemplifies the high standard of service she wishes to provide to her clients. Elizabeth is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
