David C. Hardaway

I am a criminal defense attorney dedicated to serving clients all over Central Texas. I established my practice in San Marcos in 2010, and since then, I have worked tirelessly to help individuals accused of crimes defend their freedom and their reputations. I am passionate about my work, and I believe that passion is reflected in the level of service my firm delivers to our clients. We have recently opened an office in Brenham to be able to extend services to a larger geographical area.
