Daniel Christian Jenkins

Daniel C. Jenkins graduated from the University of Georgia and Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law. He was accepted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2005, and is also a member of the Savannah Bar Association. After receiving his degree, Mr. Jenkins spent almost seven years prosecuting statewide for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Vanderbilt Mortgage, LLC, and several large local and national lending institutions and banks. This gave him a clear understanding of how the debt collection process worked from the creditor's side. He then established the Law Offices of Daniel C. Jenkins, LLC, to work in independent practice. Today, the Law Offices of Daniel C. Jenkins, LLC, is a boutique law firm in the heart of downtown Savannah, Georgia. His practice applies his knowledge to creditor rights and debtor rights in the context of bankruptcy, foreclosure and debt collection.
