The Law Offices of Charles S. Roseman & Associates is dedicated to providing justice and damages to all injury victims resulting from the negligent and careless conduct of professional and non-professional people. In particular, my law office represents the disabled in disability litigation who have been injured as a result of violations of the Federal ADA, the California Disabled Persons Act and the California Unruh Act involving disability access violations and discrimination based on disability and various medical conditions (the deaf, the blind, the handicapped, etc...)
