I’ve been practicing law long enough to know that most people do not need a “full service” firm or a polished pitch. They need someone who will actually read the file, explain what is happening in plain language, and follow through. Earlier in my career I ran my own practice, and since then I have worked in a mix of practice areas and settings, and I saw firsthand how easy it is for clients to become secondary to volume. That experience shaped how I approach the work now and why I value being directly involved in every case I handle. My practice focuses on employment law and judgment enforcement in New York. I spend much of my time helping people recover unpaid wages, respond to workplace disputes, or turn court judgments into actual money. These cases tend to be practical rather than theoretical, and the consequences of delay or inattention are real. I try to be candid with clients about what the law does and does not allow, what is worth pursuing, and what tradeoffs are involved at each stage. I do not outsource strategy or client communication, and I do not pretend every problem has a perfect solution. The goal is steady, competent work and outcomes that make sense in the real world.
