Tim Etzkorn

Tim started his career as a litigator in 2008. For the next 7 years he represented national corporations, individual defendants, and small companies in lawsuits throughout Missouri, including 4 years with one of the nations 150 largest law firms. In 2015, he founded a boutique litigation firm focusing on plaintiff's injury law (only representing the victims) and business conflicts. As a plaintiff's attorney he has recovered millions on behalf of his clients. In 2023, Tim opened the Law Office of Tim Etzkorn to focus on lawsuits and small businesses. We still take cases where someone has been injured and wronged, but we have added a focus on helping local small businesses protect themselves and their customers before lawsuits need to be filed. Our experience as litigators allows us to identify these crucial and expensive issues before they become a problem. In addition to the actual practice of law, Tim was appointed the Co-Chair of the Missouri Bar Association Torts and Transportation Committee from 2018-2022. He has been recognized by the prestigious Superlawyers publication for every year since 2015. In 2018 he was recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 40 under 40”. In 2018 he was recognized by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys as a 10 Best High Verdict and Settlement Winners for Missouri. He has been named to the National Association of Distinguished Counsel as the Top 1% every year since 2019.
