After working for a few years at the Stanislaus County Public Defenders Office, I opened a private law office in June of 2002 concentrating in the areas of Criminal Law and DUI Law. Although the offense of DUI actually falls under the general heading of Criminal Law, I choose to set DUI Law apart because it really is one of the more complex types of criminal law matters. It often involves technical scientific and medical issues and theories. I also truly believe that more innocent people have been accused of DUI than any other crime. The standard of practice here is to ensure that my clients are fully informed of their rights, legal options, the status of their case at all times, and that they receive the best outcome possible.
