My practice encompasses all facets of family law, such as divorce proceedings, equitable distribution of business and financial assets, alimony and child support, custody, as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and adoptions. I generally strive to secure favorable settlements for my clients without resorting to litigation, as this approach is more cost-effective and safeguards the well-being of children involved in the relationship. However, when amicable resolutions are unattainable, I am committed to protecting my clients' and their children's interests by vigorously litigating the case. With my background as a former senior member of three legal organizations, I possess a thorough familiarity with all New York courts that have jurisdiction over family law matters, including the Supreme Court, Family Court, and Surrogates Court. I have also contributed to the legal community as a lecturer on family law issues, served as an adjunct professor in family law, and have been appointed to several significant City and State panels addressing critical family law issues. As a native New Yorker, I reside in New York City and am fluent in Spanish.
