Nancy E. Miller

I have been practicing law in California since 2015, with a focus on Probate, Trusts, Wills, and Estate Planning. My office is located in Sacramento County, but I also provide virtual assistance to clients throughout Northern California. Before embarking on my legal career, I spent 14 years at Paychex, working in payroll and human resources. Motivated by my experiences and responsibilities as an adult and a single parent, I decided to pursue a law degree. I attended Concord Law School as a part-time student while maintaining a full-time job as a Legal Assistant and Human Resources Manager at Martensen Wright PC in Sacramento. I passed the California Bar Exam in 2015 and was subsequently promoted to an attorney position at Martensen Wright. During my tenure at Martensen Wright, I handled employment law for corporate clients. In 2019, I opened my own law office, allowing me to dedicate myself to my passion for estate planning and probate. The mission of The Law Office of Nancy E. Miller is to assist families and homeowners in preparing for end-of-life situations through responsible estate planning and to support trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and family members through the probate administration process if necessary.
