Morgan E Smith

I graduated from Vanderbilt and currently practice law in Nashville, Tennessee. My work focuses on Family Law and representing plaintiffs in Employment Law cases. Since 2007, I have been actively involved in litigation, handling cases in both the circuit and federal courts across Middle Tennessee. I have significant experience navigating the courtroom and in mediation. Additionally, I am a Rule 31 Family Law Mediator and have received training in collaborative divorce. Outside of work, I enjoy attending Predators games and cheering on the University of Louisville and Vanderbilt football and basketball teams.
