Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006, Mark is known for his approachable, practical, and results-oriented approach, guiding individuals, families, and businesses through sensitive and important legal issues. Mark’s practice focuses on estate planning and probate, business and corporate law, real estate transactions, and civil litigation. A lifelong Florida resident, Mark earned his J.D. from Barry University School of Law, a Certificate in International Business Law from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida. He is admitted to practice in Florida, before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, the United States Tax Court, and internationally as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales. Mark is also dedicated to public service, volunteering for over 17 years with Volusia County Teen Court, serving as a Lemon Law Arbitrator, and contributing to the Florida Bar’s 18th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee.
