Sadia M. Rafey

Sadia M. Rafey is an Associate at The Law Office of Jason Tenenbaum, P.C.She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. Sadia graduated from St. John’s University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, and went on to graduate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2024. During her first year of law school, Sadia gained valuable experience working at The Law Office of Jason Tenenbaum, P.C. as a law clerk. In her second year, she devoted her time to public interest work, participating in the Queens Volunteer Lawyers Project and serving as a student attorney in the St. John’s Law School Consumer Justice for the Elderly Litigation Clinic. In her third year of law school and upon graduating from law school, Sadia joined a civil litigation firm where she focused on the defense of a wide array of general liability cases including municipal liability, construction accidents, premises liability, and commercial trucking accidents. Now, as an Associate, Sadia has returned to The Law Office of Jason Tenenbaum, P.C. to join a team that is committed to providing outstanding legal services and advocacy to individuals who have suffered personal injuries and employment discrimination. In her free time, Sadia enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her family and friends
