I am an attorney specializing in consumer bankruptcy, debt settlement, mortgage modification, and foreclosure litigation. At Legal Aid, I worked in the Consumer Unit providing bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer protection services to those who could not afford it otherwise. My commitment to protecting and enforcing the rights of South Florida consumers and homeowners in a personal and professional manner led me to open the Law Office of Emil Fleysher, P.A.
