Clay R. Treese is an experienced attorney licensed in Idaho and Nevada, focusing his practice on personal injury, estate planning, probate, and criminal defense. He is the founder of The Law Office of Clay R. Treese, where he combines large-firm experience with the personal attention of a local practice. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a B.A. in Economics and the William S. Boyd School of Law, Clay began his legal career as a law clerk to the Hon. Cynthia Diane Steel in Nevada’s Eighth Judicial District Court. He later worked in insurance defense, gaining valuable insight into how major insurers handle claims—experience he now uses to protect the rights of injured clients.
