Stacey A. Davis

The Law Firm of Stacey A. Davis is an entertainment and intellectual property law firm, representing creative clients in the film, television, music and book publishing industries. The Firm also assists business professionals with the development, protection and commercialization of their intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. From up and coming artists and emerging companies to established professionals, the Firm assists clients with small business planning, contract negotiation and dispute resolution. Stacey practiced for over a decade at one of the country's top law firms before opening her own firm. Stacey has been named a Rising Star by Alabama SuperLawyers in Entertainment Law (2011-2014), "Best of the Bar" in Entertainment Law by the Birmingham Business Journal, and named by Birmingham Magazine as one of "Birmingham's Top Attorney's in Entertainment Law (2009, 2012, 2013). Stacey graduated with honors from Michigan State University where she received a degree in Business Administration. She received her J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
