About
I have spent over a decade holding wrongdoers accountable—first as a prosecutor handling serious crimes in the courtroom, and now by advocating for injured clients against powerful insurance companies. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, I remain deeply committed to serving and protecting the community I call home. After completing law school, I gained valuable litigation experience working in both the private and public sectors. At a national plaintiffs’ law firm, I handled complex, high-stakes cases and gained direct knowledge of how insurance companies assess risk, defend claims, and attempt to influence outcomes. During my time at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, the third-largest in the country, I rose to the rank of Chief Prosecutor. As an Assistant District Attorney, I managed thousands of complex and high-profile criminal cases. I tried cases ranging from DWI to sexual assault, murder, and capital murder, achieving successful jury verdicts at every level. Beyond my work in the courtroom, I have also had the opportunity to train incoming law enforcement officers at the Houston Police Department and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. This experience has provided me with a unique understanding of how crash and injury cases are reported, investigated, and evaluated from the outset. This background equips me with a distinct perspective. I know how cases are defended, how experts are challenged, and how strategies shift when trial becomes a genuine possibility. I prepare every injury case with this in mind—structured for resolution but always ready for trial.
