Paul R. Kelly, Esq. is a litigator and estate planning attorney experienced in trust, estate, probate, elder abuse, real property, and civil disputes. His past experience working for a trial judge gave him unique insight into the judicial process. Then as a former criminal prosecutor and civil litigator, Paul Kelly, Esq. spearheaded trials before both juries and judges. Today in private practice, Mr. Kelly has narrowed his focus to concentrate on the complexities of probate, trust and property law. Paul R.
