As the Managing Partner of the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Firm, I have the privilege of continuing a distinguished family legacy of legal advocacy in New York City. For over 45 years, I have dedicated my career to giving a voice to the voiceless and fighting for individuals who have been harmed by the negligence of others, whether that be a hospital, a corporation, or a government municipality.
