Victor Waite

Victor's journey to becoming a dedicated advocate for his clients began with a personal experience that shaped his life. As a child, he witnessed his father suffer serious injuries in a motor vehicle accident and saw firsthand the devastating financial consequences when his father was denied the compensation he deserved. This injustice ignited Victor’s passion for the law and his desire to ensure that others do not endure the same hardship. After high school, Victor pursued his interest in justice by attending Florida Atlantic University, where he worked diligently to earn his degree in Criminal Justice. His determination and commitment to helping others led him to St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, Victor excelled academically and competitively, earning numerous awards and participating as a member of the school’s traveling moot court board and mock trial team. His passion for litigation was solidified during internships at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, the state’s largest defense agency, and the Broward County Attorney’s Office, where he represented the county in civil matters. Victor’s legal career began with a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy, providing legal services to both corporations and individuals. He has argued cases at the highest levels, including before the Florida Supreme Court, demonstrating his ability to tackle complex legal challenges. Unlike many attorneys who promise to fight for their clients without trial experience, Victor has a proven track record of winning difficult cases. He takes pride in achieving favorable resolutions for his clients, whether through negotiation or by seeing the case through to trial.
