Jim Higgins

Jim Higgins is a Nashville native and founding partner of The Higgins Firm, where he leads the firm's nursing home neglect and assisted living abuse litigation division. With over 25 years of experience representing injured victims and their families, Mr. Higgins focuses exclusively on holding negligent long-term care facilities accountable for the harm they cause to vulnerable residents.
