I’m Jacque Hawk, the founder of The Hawk Firm in Augusta, Georgia. I was born and raised here in Augusta, and for more than 40 years, I’ve dedicated my career to trial law. Throughout that time, I’ve achieved numerous successful outcomes for my clients, including winning several federal cases consecutively and securing dismissals before trial in two federal cases. One of my most notable accomplishments was obtaining a directed verdict of acquittal in Federal Court through cross-examination alone. In addition to my work in criminal defense, I’ve also recovered millions of dollars in compensation for clients involved in serious personal injury cases. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition for my work, including being named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the American Trial Lawyers Association. I have also served as the chairperson of the Tractor-Trailer Injury Section for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and am a proud member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes attorneys who have achieved settlements or awards of $1 million or more for their clients.
