Thomas Charles Frost

Mr. Frost is the founder and managing partner of our Firm. For over 17 years, Mr. Frost has focused his practice on litigation, primarily in the areas of complex business, corporate and securities law. He has represented a broad range of clients, including publicly traded companies, manufacturing firms, retailers, real estate development companies, recording studios, captive and independent insurance agencies, hedge funds, mutual funds, registered representatives, and investors, in Federal and State Courts, arbitration forums, and administrative agencies across the country. Mr. Frost frequently and successfully represents investors and brokers in arbitrations before FINRA (formerly the NASD), often the exclusive forum for disputes involving the financial services industry. Mr. Frost was selected by the Editors of the San Diego Daily Transcript as the Transcript's Top Ten Attorneys in 2012 in the area of Corporate Litigation. Mr. Frost also has been recognized as a longstanding member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for successfully recovering million dollar and multi-million dollar awards after trial. He has been interviewed and quoted regarding financial and securities industry issues by the Wall Street Journal Magazine, Smart Money, The Corporate Reporter, Securities Arbitration Commentator, PIABA Bar Journal, and other national and local media organizations.
