About
I am a commercial litigator with a focus in bankruptcy, real estate, foreclosure, and general business disputes. I got my start in the law in a boutique bankruptcy firm located in Syosset, Long Island. Since that time, my practice has involved representing debtors, creditors, and trustees in bankruptcy matters, prosecuting and defending commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court, and representing both lenders and borrowers in residential and commercial loan disputes. I was born and raised in Queens, New York and attended my hometown school of St. John’s University School of Law. At St. John's, I was an executive board member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Following law school, I clerked for the Hon. Pam Jackman Brown and the Hon. Denis J. Butler of the Supreme Court, Queens County. I then joined the AM200 law firm of Greenspoon Marder LLP, and represented lenders, mortgage servicers, and investment funds in finance litigation matters in the state and federal courts of New York and Florida. I founded The Frank Law Firm P.C. in July 2018 and continue with the firm today with the goal of providing efficient resolutions to my clients’ legal needs.
