Jose Ignacio Leon

My name is Jose Ignacio Leon and I am the owner and managing partner of The Florida Estate Planning Law Firm. I started my firm after having worked with multiple firms that put getting paid ahead of getting the client what they needed. I wanted to create something different. I was born, raised, and educated here in Miami and that's part of the reason I find it so important to serve the community to the fullest extent possible. I completed my undergraduate studies at Florida International University and later obtained my law degree from the Florida International University College of Law in 2013. During my time in law school, I served as a law clerk and judicial intern for the honorable Maria M. Korvick, who was the Administrative Judge of the Miami-Dade County Probate Division. I also clerked for two boutique law firms, one which concentrated on Estate and Guardianship Administration and the other which practiced Estate and Trust Planning as well as Probate Litigation. I used my time in the Court and at these firms to hone my skills in the areas of probate, guardianship, and estate planning. In late 2016 I launched my firm and since then we've helped hundreds of clients with their legal needs.
