Jeffery Dickerson

Founding attorney Jeffrey L. Dickerson began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Houston Judicial Circuit. During that time, he was responsible for prosecuting all types of crimes, ranging from shoplifting to homicide. Later in 2002, he was appointed to Houston County’s “Narcotics and Organized Crime” litigation team, where he gained valuable experience handling drug crimes ranging from simple possession to trafficking. Attorney Dickerson now runs his own firm in metro Atlanta dedicated solely to DUI and drug possession defense, and he has successfully obtained not-guilty verdicts in DUI-Per Se, DUI Less-Safe, and in various VGCSA cases throughout North Georgia. Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Cobb County Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and he can practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.
