Mr. Carmen Dellutri

Carmen Dellutri is the Founder and President of the Dellutri Law Group, P.A. He is certified by the American Board of Certification Consumer in bankruptcy law. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court and Family Law Mediator and a Qualified Arbitrator. Carmen has qualifications that we could list for days but it's his personal stories that drive him to be the best. Carmen is not just an Attorney, he is a family man. His wife and children are his daily "why". He is especially passionate about seeking justice for victims of Drunk Driving. Carmen was not only involved in a hit-and-run accident as the victim himself to a drunk driver during law school but he also lost a very good friend to a drunk driver. While living in Tampa, his best friend came to visit him. While heading back home, his friend was killed when a drunk driver was traveling the wrong way and struck his dear friend head on. Stories like this are endless, and he is fighting everyday to help.
