David Marc Deemer

I am a NY attorney whose practice focuses primarily on real estate matters including, but not limited to, residential purchases and sales, financing, commercial lease review, landlord-tenant matters, entity formation, estate sales, and 1031 exchanges, as well business law, and estate planning, estate administration, and elder care law. I have conducted several "new homebuyer" seminars in Manhattan and pride myself on the ability to get the desired result for my clients even when faced with complex issues and difficult and adversarial attitudes from other parties involved in a transaction. I am the founding member and the Managing Attorney of The Deemer Law Group, PLLC, admitted to practice in the State of New York. Prior to founding The Deemer Law Group, PLLC, I was a founding member and Managing Member of Abrams Deemer PLLC. And prior to forming Abrams Deemer PLLC, I was Of Counsel to Russo & Burke in Manhattan and a Senior Associate at Mavrides, Moyal & Associates LLP. I earned my B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2003 and my J.D. from New York Law School in 2009. I was admitted to practice in New York in 2011.
