Ari Pregen is the founder of The Code Clinic, PLLC, South Florida's dedicated code violation defense law firm. The Code Clinic represents property owners, landlords, real estate investors, and businesses facing code enforcement proceedings in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties — and accepts cases statewide throughout Florida. The firm focuses exclusively on code enforcement defense: Special Magistrate hearings, fine reduction proceedings under Florida Statute §162.09(2)(a), code enforcement lien removal, HOA fine defense, unpermitted work citations, and pre-closing code violation clearance for real estate transactions.
