About
I graduated from West Point and spent six years as an Army infantry officer before law school. The military taught me one thing above all else: you fight for the people on your left and right — no matter what. Today, those people are injured Georgians who need someone in their corner. I spent the first 18 years of my career defending pharmaceutical companies, medical providers, and corporations in product liability and mass tort cases. I was good at it. I understood how defense teams think, how insurance companies evaluate claims, and where they look for weaknesses. Then I took a pro bono case for a young woman whose landlord was trying to take advantage of her. No big corporation. No seven-figure exposure. Just a person who needed someone in her corner. We made him pay — enough to cover her moving expenses and put a down payment on a place of her own. That case changed everything. I realized I'd spent almost two decades protecting the powerful. I wanted to spend the rest of my career protecting people. Since making the switch to plaintiff work, I've recovered nearly $12 million for injured Georgians in my first year and a half alone. I bring something most plaintiff attorneys can't offer: I know exactly how the other side thinks, because I used to be them. I handle car and truck accidents, slip and fall cases, and medical malpractice throughout Georgia. If you or someone you know has been injured and isn't sure where to turn, I'd welcome a conversation — no pressure, no obligation. brendan@TheChampionFirm.com 404-556-7543
