Katherine Ellen Bihm

Katherine "Kate" Bihm, previously known as Katherine Shipman, emerged as a prominent figure in Montgomery County's legal scene during her candidacy for the judge of the 9th District Court in the 2016 Republican primary. She practiced law under her maiden name until her run for office, where she became popularly known by the catchphrase, "Vote for Bihm, not for him."
