Yalda T. Bayley

I am licensed to practice law in Texas and in the U.S. Southern District Court of Texas. I started my career in Family Law as a legal assistant in 2013. I am a passionate advocate for my clients, particularly in the area of family law. My experience includes handling cases related to divorce, child custody, child support, modifications of custody and support, paternity, adoptions, and other family law matters. I also have trial experience in divorce and family law cases. Being a native Houstonian raised by immigrant parents, I have a unique perspective and understanding of the diverse needs of my clients. My goal is to provide creative and effective solutions tailored to the individual needs of each family. I am committed to working closely with each client, ensuring the highest quality of representation. Clients who have worked with me often express appreciation for my warm personal demeanor, dedication, and relentless work ethic. I am an active member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the Family Law Section of the Houston Bar Association. I earned my law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, where I was actively involved in the Family Law Clinic, assisting numerous clients, and participated in community service. My educational and professional journey has been driven by my dedication to family law and my commitment to serving my community.
