Mallory Kindsfather, J.D. Associate Attorney at the Bagley Law Firm, LLC Mallory Kindsfather is an Associate Attorney who practices exclusively in the field of family law. With more than seven years of experience as a licensed attorney in Colorado, she has dedicated her career to guiding families through some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Prior to entering law school, Mallory gained valuable experience working as a law clerk and paralegal, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the legal profession from an early stage. Mallory is known for her empathetic yet honest approach to problem-solving. She provides thoughtful and effective counsel in matters involving parenting time, spousal maintenance (alimony), child support, enforcement actions, and adoptions. A native of Golden, Colorado, Mallory earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Colorado State University. She subsequently earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Since her admission to the bar in 2017, she has focused her legal practice exclusively on family law. Outside of her legal practice, Mallory is an accomplished equestrian, having won a Colorado state championship and competed as a member of a polo team. She also fosters rescue dogs, participates in roller derby, and is a devoted fan of Star Trek.
