Some people, especially those in my family, label me as an obnoxious "know-it-all!" I may not know everything, but my understanding of debt is comprehensive. It's challenging to see the bigger picture, and even those who are well-educated and financially knowledgeable can struggle to find a solution to their debt issues. This is where I excel. I am well-versed in the options available in Bankruptcy, but my knowledge extends to resolving debts by settling them, and I even understand when it might be safe to ignore certain debts. I am also skilled in protecting assets to prevent creditors from seizing them. Trying to handle this alone can be risky, as improperly hiding or disposing of assets can lead to criminal charges. We don't want that. "Never trade a debt for a felony!" In Nevada, I am the person who alleviates the concerns people have about their debts.
