Mr. Robert Timothy Tate

For over two decades, Robert "Tim" Tate has dedicated himself to providing competent and trustworthy representation for victims of injuries throughout the state of Texas. Tim's mission in every case is to get the defendant's insurance company to pay top dollar for his client's medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. Tim Tate is licensed as an Attorney at Law by the Supreme Court of Texas. Additionally, Tim is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association; both associations advocate for the advancement of injured victims' rights against insurance companies. Tim received a BBA degree with a concentration in Finance from Southern Methodist University (SMU) and a Juris Doctor (law degree) from South Texas College of Law. Tim currently resides in Plano, Texas, with his wife, Quyen Tate, and their two children. They are active members of Prestonwood Baptist Church. Tim is often found on a soccer field or basketball court with his children outside of work.
