Meghan Kasner

I’m Meghan (Meg) Kasner, and I approach my work with confidence and care, steering clear of one-size-fits-all solutions. I recognize that every client’s situation is deeply personal and often challenging. That’s why I make it a priority to collaborate closely with my clients, taking the time to understand their unique goals and crafting thoughtful strategies to help achieve them. My experience spans a wide range of issues, such as complex high-asset divorce, domestic violence and protective orders, substance abuse and addiction, relocation with children, cases involving Queer parties and/or children, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, among others. In every matter I handle, I focus on delivering high-quality advocacy and results while striving to keep costs as manageable as possible for my clients. I’m especially passionate about alternative dispute resolution and enjoy helping clients explore options outside of court to reach their objectives. As a Certified Mediator, I have experience mediating various types of conflicts. However, when alternative resolution methods aren’t viable, I’m also well-versed in litigating high-conflict cases in court. Outside of my work, I enjoy spending my free time pursuing hobbies like sewing, cooking, and ice skating. A fun fact about me: I still compete on an adult synchronized figure skating team!
