I understand that individuals and families often turn to legal counsel during some of the most difficult and emotional times in their lives. With this in mind, I approach every family law matter with compassion, attentiveness, and a commitment to achieving practical and positive outcomes for my clients. My goal is to provide steady guidance and clear communication, helping my clients navigate the legal process with confidence while protecting what matters most to them. I began my legal career in Oregon, where I focused on representing survivors of domestic violence. This early work shaped my client-centered approach to family law and deepened my commitment to advocating for individuals and families facing complex and sensitive situations. Today, I remain dedicated to promoting outcomes that safeguard my clients’ safety, stability, and long-term wellbeing. While I prioritize efficient and settlement-focused resolutions whenever possible, I am fully prepared to litigate cases when necessary to protect my clients’ rights and interests. My practice is entirely focused on family law cases, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, parenting time, child support, maintenance, and property division. I recognize that each family is unique, and I work to develop individualized legal strategies tailored to meet each client’s specific circumstances and goals. I approach every case with responsiveness, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring that my clients fully understand each stage of their case. I am a member of both the Illinois Bar and the Oregon Bar. I earned my Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, and, as an Illinois native, I completed my undergraduate degree at Southern Illinois University.
