Jan Roltsch-Anoll is a partner in the Szabo, Zelnick & Erickson, P.C. litigation practice. She has practiced for over twenty years and represents clients in complicated business, commercial, estate and personal injury actions on both the trial and appellate levels. She practices in the Federal and State Courts in Northern Virginia as well as the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Virginia Supreme Court. She has been a partner with the firm since 2001. Prior to joining the firm she served as the General Counsel for a publicly traded corporation for several years. Ms. Roltsch-Anoll has previously been a partner with Walsh, Colucci, Stackhouse, Emrich & Lubeley and was Of Counsel with Hazel & Thomas. Ms. Roltsch-Anoll serves as the Vice Chair for the District III Section of the Virginia Bar's disciplinary committee, has served for three years as a faculty member of the Virginia Bar's Professionalism Course, and is President of the Prince William County Bar Foundation. She is the 2003 recipient of the Arthur C. Sinclair Award for Professionalism from the Prince William County Bar Association. Ms. Roltsch-Anoll received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of William and Mary in 1981 and her JD from William & Mary's Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 1984. She was admitted to the State Bar of Florida in 1984; to the State Bar of California in 1987; to the State Bar of Virginia in 1989 and to the Bar for the District of Columbia in 1998. She is admitted to practice in the U. S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
