About
I moved from Jamaica to Atlanta, Georgia in 1990. Seven years later, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University's Andrew Young School of Policy Studies. Before attending law school, I gained valuable experience in technical customer relations and public records. In 2004, I enrolled at NSU College of Law in Davie, Florida, and graduated in 2007. After completing my studies, I returned to the Atlanta area and launched my own practice. I am the Founder of Synergy Law and Mediation, LLC, where I focus on helping clients navigate toward peaceful and amicable resolutions. Before starting Synergy Law and Mediation, LLC, I served as a Partner at Meriwether & Tharp. Prior to that, I ran a solo practice for over a decade, concentrating on Immigration and Family Law. Through my work, I have gained an understanding of the complexities at the intersection of Immigration Law and Family Law, as well as the profound effects these matters can have on families and children. I am deeply committed to my clients and to my work in the legal field. As both a litigator and negotiator, I prioritize my clients’ goals while maintaining high standards of ethics and professionalism.
