Blane Swain

Before opening Swain Law Firm, Blane practiced law for over ten years in private practice, as a managing attorney for a non-profit law firm, as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, and as a legal fellow for the American Bar Association. Blane was born and raised in Searcy, Arkansas, is a graduate of Searcy High School, and continues to have strong ties to the community. Family law is a substantial part of Blane’s practice. He works closely with his clients to counsel them on the processes involved and best path forward for their unique circumstances while recognizing the difficulties, financially and emotionally, that arise with these types of legal matters. Over the course of his career, Blane has gained extensive litigation experience and built a reputation for being a zealous advocate for his clients while providing candid advice to his clients. Blane has experience guiding clients through every aspect of litigation to a successful resolution, whether that may be through mediation, settlement negotiations, dispositive motion, trial, or appeal.
