Eric Sucharski

Eric founded Sucharski Law Firm LLC and has dedicated his legal career exclusively to family law. His approach combines trial litigation experience with a proven track record in negotiating settlements in complex family law cases. He employs a strategic, measured approach, leveraging his deep knowledge of the law and a keen understanding of his clients’ needs and the dynamics of their families. The firm’s practice philosophy focuses on managing the often difficult emotional and financial challenges inherent in this sensitive legal area. Eric’s educational background includes graduating from the United States Naval Academy, followed by an 11-year tenure as a U.S. Navy officer. He then transitioned into a senior corporate executive role which spanned over a decade before pursuing a law degree at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. His extensive experience in military and corporate leadership, along with his personal journey through a divorce with young children more than 16 years ago, provides him with unique insights into navigating and resolving complex disputes in family law. Understanding the emotional, and sometimes uncertain, terrain of family law matters firsthand, Eric is committed to simplifying the legal process to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients, enabling them to move forward with their lives with dignity.
