About
I am a litigation attorney at Structure Law Group, LLC, where I contribute to the firm's business and commercial litigation practice. I represent both businesses and individuals in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration, addressing a variety of civil litigation matters. My work includes handling contract disputes, employment claims, real estate issues, intellectual property matters, and partnership and shareholder disputes. I take a comprehensive approach to litigation and draw on my experience in drafting and negotiating business and commercial contracts to help build a solid foundation for resolving my clients' legal challenges. Before joining Structure Law Group, I gained valuable experience representing clients in a broad range of cases, including commercial litigation, employment litigation, commercial financing, professional liability defense, real estate disputes, and workers' compensation. My commitment to achieving favorable outcomes has been a consistent focus throughout my career. I earned my Juris Doctor degree from Elon University School of Law, where I was an active member of the Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Music Production and Recording Arts at Elon University, with minors in Jazz Studies and African/African American Studies, showcasing my ability to pursue diverse interests. Additionally, I hold an LLM in Entertainment and New Media from Loyola Law School. Outside of my legal practice, I enjoy exploring new areas of learning. I have a keen interest in wine and spirits, experimenting with new recipes, and discovering unique restaurants. I also enjoy collecting old records and have taken up studying Japanese in my free time, which helps me connect with a wide range of people.
