Brian Keith Privett

I am a Kentucky attorney with more than 20 years of legal experience representing individuals, families, and small businesses throughout Central Kentucky. My practice focuses on estate planning, probate, business matters, and civil litigation. Before returning to private practice, I served as a Circuit Judge in Kentucky, presiding over civil and criminal matters. That experience continues to shape my practical and straightforward approach to legal issues and courtroom advocacy. I also serve as General Counsel for a regional nonprofit organization, advising on contracts, employment matters, compliance, and operational issues.
