Steven E. Skinner graduated from Loyola University Chicago Law School, after completing his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. At Southern Illinois University, Steven E. Skinner received a degree in Political Science with an English Literature minor. After graduating law school he began working as a prosecuting attorney with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office
